An extensive gastronomic background is one of our greatest assets. To provide our guests with the richest flavors and aromas, we have created not just one, but several restaurants where they can savor dishes from Polish, European, regional, and recently also Thai and Japanese cuisines. Thanks to this, we can ensure variety and meet the expectations of the greatest connoisseurs. You can enjoy delicious meals in one of our four restaurants: Tarasowa, Lustrzana, Kominkowa, and Meta Tao Thai & Sushi. There is also the Ratanowy Ogród outside, where you can feel like in a real Italian café and, while savoring exquisite coffee, enjoy the closeness of nature and the picturesque landscape of the Beskidy Mountains. In each venue, you will find an extensive menu. We also place great emphasis on the quality of execution, flavor, and aesthetic values because we know that good food is experienced by all the senses. All dishes are prepared exclusively from fresh, high-quality ingredients, creating true works of art. The dishes delight with finesse, depth of flavor, and presentation. The menu also features exquisite wines and spirits that will enhance the qualities of the dishes.

Restaurants of Hotel Meta

As we mentioned, there are 4 restaurants operating in the building:

• Restaurant Tarasowa is located on the ground floor. It is a bright, spacious interior of 130m2 with large glazing, through which you can admire the picturesque mountain landscapes. Round tables and elegant decor give the interior a sophisticated character. The offer includes, among others: beef tenderloin tartare with egg and additions, roasted beet soup with goat cheese and balsamic emulsion, grilled salmon on sautéed asparagus in crayfish sauce, and for desserts – pavlova with strawberries and strawberry coulis. Out of season, the restaurant is open from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and in the summer and winter seasons a little longer, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
• Restaurant Lustrzana has a more intimate atmosphere, but is still spacious. It can seat a maximum of 100 people. What distinguishes it from the others is the extensive breakfast menu. The buffet here satisfies the culinary tastes of the greatest gourmets and allows for a good start to the day.
• Restaurant Kominkowa is a stylish spot where you can spend a pleasant evening with a book or a glass of good wine. Comfortable sofas and the glow of the fireplace create a cozy atmosphere. There is an extensive library in the venue containing works from various literary genres. There are also board games available, and guests often have the opportunity to listen to live music. The restaurant is adjacent to the year-round Sun Terrace, where in summer you can relax on comfortable loungers. The venue is open from late afternoon until midnight.
• Meta Tao Thai & Sushi is a newly opened place created for enthusiasts of Asian cuisine. The venue is located on the third floor of the building and combines modernity, class, and warm accents derived from Asian culture. In its creation, we cared for every detail: the windows offer a wonderful view, and the menu is composed in such a way that it satisfies everyone. The menu includes dishes from Thai and Japanese cuisine. There are also many options for children – all so that you can celebrate meals together.

The prepared dishes combine harmony of taste, aroma, color, and shape. And what can you find on the menu? A huge selection of sushi, sushi specials, fish tartares, sashimi, tempura, teriyaki duck, Thai curry, ramen, pad thai, yakiudon, spring rolls, and PHO soup. We recommend visiting this place to anyone who wants to feel the fullness of exotic flavors and for a moment immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the Far East. The restaurant is open daily, except on Mondays, from 2:00 PM, and on Sundays from 12:00 PM.
