Szczyrk Mountain Resort cable car pass - 1 per person per stay. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or deducted from the stay. The pass is valid only within the reservation period.
The hotel is not responsible for cable car closures and other independent reasons preventing pass use (including force majeure such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc.)
From 7:00 PM to closing time, the sauna zone is a quiet zone, accessible only to adults

Animals

Pets are welcome, additional charges apply for their stay. However, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas, the Wellness Zone and the SPA.

Children up to 4 years of age stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed. Children aged 5-12 years of age have a 50% discount on meals. Children aged 13 and over are charged full price. We inform you that our Hotel, fulfilling its legal obligation resulting from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, asks for the child's ID or other document confirming that the adult has the right to take care of the child when checking in.
