The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM (from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM in Meta Apartments).
*Breakfast served buffet-style or plated depending on the number of guests using the service that day (meals served if fewer than 10 people).
**Pass for Szczyrk Mountain Resort lifts - 1 per person per stay. The pass cannot be exchanged for cash or deducted from the stay. The pass is valid only with a stay reservation. Savings of up to 150 PLN are calculated for the basic number of people in the booking (2 persons).
The hotel is not responsible for lift outages or other reasons beyond control preventing the use of the pass (including force majeure such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc.)

From 7:00 PM until closing, a silence zone applies in the sauna area, access only for adults.
Breakfasts, dinners, and all attractions included in the offer take place at Hotel Meta - about 80 m walk outside from Meta Apartments.
Availability of the outdoor pool depends on weather and outdoor temperature.
