Ski pass Szczyrk Mountain Resort - 1 piece per person per stay. The pass is non-exchangeable for cash and non-deductible from the stay. The pass is valid only within the reservation period.
The hotel is not responsible for ski lifts not operating and other circumstances beyond its control preventing the use of the pass (including force majeure such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc.)
Quiet zone is in effect in the sauna area from 7:00 PM until closing; access only for adults
Availability of the outdoor pool depends on weather and external temperature

Animals

Pets are welcome, additional charges apply for their stay. However, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas, the Wellness Zone and the SPA.

Children

Children up to 4 years of age stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed. Children aged 5-12 years of age have a 50% discount on meals. Children aged 13 and over are charged full price. We inform you that our Hotel, fulfilling its legal obligation resulting from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, asks for the child's ID or other document confirming that the adult has the right to take care of the child when checking in. Examples of documents that can be used for identification are: ID card, school ID, mObywatel application, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.
