• The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM (from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM at Meta Apartments).
• *Breakfast is served as a buffet or plated depending on the number of guests using the service on a given day (below 10 people meals are served).
• **Szczyrk Mountain Resort lift pass - 1 pc per adult per stay. The pass is not exchangeable for cash nor deductible from the stay. The pass is valid within the stay reservation. The savings of up to 278 PLN is calculated for the base number of people in the reservation (2 people) compared to the weekend pass price at SON.
• The bike pass for lifts allows riding with the electric bike only by gondola - chairlift ride is possible without a bike. The descent by lifts is only possible without a bike. The rules are established by SON.
• The hotel is not responsible for lift outages and other independent reasons preventing pass use (including force majeure such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc.)

• From 7:00 PM until closing in the sauna area, a quiet zone is enforced, accessible only to adults.
