Notes:

The hotel day lasts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM (from 4:00 PM to 12:00 PM at Meta Apartments).
*Breakfast is served as a buffet or plated depending on the number of guests using the service on a given day (meals are plated for fewer than 10 people).
**Szczyrk Mountain Resort lift pass - 1 piece per adult per stay. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be deducted from the stay. The pass is valid only within the duration of the reservation.
The bicycle pass allows entry with an electric bike only by gondola - chairlift entry is possible without a bike. Descending by lifts is allowed only without a bike. The applicable rules are established by SON.
The hotel is not responsible for lift outages or other independent reasons preventing pass use (including force majeure such as weather conditions, technical issues, etc.)
From 7:00 PM until closing on a given day, the sauna area is a quiet zone, accessible only to adults.
Access to the outdoor pool depends on weather and outdoor temperature.

Animals

Pets are welcome, additional charges apply for their stay. However, pets are not allowed in the restaurant areas, the Wellness Zone and the SPA.

Children

Children up to 4 years of age stay for free if they sleep in their parents' bed. Children aged 5-12 years of age have a 50% discount on meals. Children aged 13 and over are charged full price. We inform you that our Hotel, fulfilling its legal obligation resulting from the provisions of the Act of 13 May 2016 on Counteracting the Threat of Sexual Crime and the Protection of Minors, asks for the child's ID or other document confirming that the adult has the right to take care of the child when checking in. Examples of documents that can be used for identification are: ID card, school ID, mObywatel application, Internet Patient Account, court ruling.
