The package is not available during long weekends and holidays.
The treatment included in the package may not be exchanged for other. Due to the huge popularity of the package, please contact the SPA reception right after having booked the stay at our hotel in order to agree upon the treatment dates.
The stay begins with a dinner and ends with a breakfast.
The hotel day starts at 3:00 pm.
The Company reserves the right to change the programme.

Booking cancellation Down payment amounting to 45% confirming the booking, paid within 3 days after making the booking. The down payment is not refundable, and in case of cancellations up to 7 days before the planned arrival, the amount can be spend within 3 months since the cancellation. If the booking is cancelled later than within 7 days before the arrival, the down payment is not returned by the Hotel. Such a cancellation means losing the whole amount of the advance payment made.
