Booking cancellation Down payment amounting to 45% confirming the booking, paid within 3 days after making the booking. The down payment is not refundable, and in case of cancellations up to 7 days before the planned arrival, the amount can be spend within 3 months since the cancellation. If the booking is cancelled later than within 7 days before the arrival, the down payment is not returned by the Hotel. Such a cancellation means losing the whole amount of the advance payment made.
